Sound healing is intended to be an experience of receiving, releasing and relaxing. Make yourself comfortable and give yourself permission to receive the healing effects of Reiki and sounds of various instruments (like crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, wind wands, shruti box, an ocean drum, thunder drum, crystal pyramid, gong and more).
