Hot Yoga

Come practice hot yoga with me and enjoy my fun and creative flows, while we together create space for you to connect with your body and breathe. I teach intuitively and with a steady and consistent style. Each practice is different and tailored to the practitioners in the room. You can find me at Balanced Hot Yoga (1669 Willamette St). Register in advance to secure your spot.

My hot yoga schedule is:

Thursday 6-7:15pm

Friday 4:30-5:45pm

Sunday 8:30-9:30am & 10-11:15am
